The process for defining each organization is unique. It is based upon the needs, timeline and level of commitment of all involved.

The initial consultation will engage the key community stakeholders to share, express, expand and brainstorm their wants, needs, concerns, and goals facilitated by idealDESIGN,inc. This will aid in determining what the Business Association will encompass by determining:

  • Engagement Strategy

  • Communication Structure

  • Fundraising Events

  • Board Development

  • Roles and Responsibilities

  • The District and it’s Boundaries

  • Mission & Vision

  • Immediate and Future Goals

  • Organizational Structure

  • Membership Structure

idealDESIGN manages the process of building FOUNDATION in collaboration with other business development firms. An organization can choose to develop a plan internally or with the help of idealDESIGN,inc.

The contents and findings from the initial consultation are organized into a written plan called an idealDESIGN: a map of what you want to have happen and how. This plan includes priorities, actions and a timeline and becomes the road map for creating the foundation of the organization.

idealDESIGN will work with your organization to refine the plan and enhance the verbal, visual and experiential communication through clear intentions within your organization, to clients and how what you do is perceived. A client may choose to implement the action plan created from the initial consultation using their own staff or may engage idealDESIGN, inc to implement on on a monthly retainer, per project or execute the plan with their own resources.

Once the development plan is created, now it’s time to put the plan into action. idealDESIGN manages the process of developing verbal, written and visual communication in collaboration with other branding, design and public relations firms to activate:

  • Membership Development & Implementation

  • Board of Directors Development

  • Meeting Facilitation

  • Special Events

  • Programming

idealDESIGN also helps to rework the plan during the action process whenever obstacles arise or goals change.
